Frequently Asked Questions regarding membership and caucus information.
Membership FAQs
Do you accept online payments?
Yes. PCSA accepts all credit cards for membership dues, meeting registration, and any other organizational fee. You may also print out invoices and mail payment by check.
How much are dues?
Dues are $375 annually and must be paid before attending the Annual Meeting. The annual dues period is July 1 - June 30, and you will receive an invoice for annual July 1 dues each June. To find out if your dues are up-to-date, please log into the membership portal or contact PCSA management at admin@pcsaonline.org.
How do I obtain a dues receipt for my recent payment?
If you do not receive an automatic receipt from our system, please email us at admin@pcsaonline.org.
When does my Caucus meet?
Please plan on an annual Caucus meeting in late summer/early fall of each year. You will receive notification of your Caucus' meeting no later than 30 days prior to the date. Meetings are held on Zoom; Caucuses may choose to host in-person activities for those who wish to gather in person.
What happens at Caucus meetings?
A typical caucus meeting is run by your Caucus Councilor and covers several topics such as new members and their sponsors, officer discussions, voting, Annual Meeting details, and other new business. You are required to attend these meetings as you would the Annual Meeting (at least once every four years).
I no longer wish to be a Member. What do I do?
You may issue a letter of resignation by email to admin@pcsaonline.org. We will forward this to your Caucus Councilor to inform the Council of your status change. If you are moving out of the area but would like to still attend meetings, we encourage you to consider a nonresident membership.
How often must I attend Annual Meetings?
While we hope you will join us as often as possible, it is required of members to attend at least one annual meeting every four years to maintain good standing as a member. If you do not attend a meeting in this time, you will receive a letter indicating your membership is in jeopardy. You may contact your Caucus leader to let them know your situation and intent to continue as a member. Extensions may be made at the discretion of the Caucus Councilor.
How do I update my contact information?
This website contains what is called the InfoHub, a members-only portion of the website. Upon logging in, you will have access to your member profile and can make any desired changes.
